IQAC Government Arts and Commerce College Paddhari has organized Two Days Faculty Improvement Program for the faculties of the college. IQAC Co-ordinator Dr. Geetaben Bhut and Principal has invited Dr. Dilip Kataliya, Asst. Prof. English, Govt. Science college- Mandvi Kachchh as a guest speaker. On the 1st day of this program Dr. Kataliya, Principal, IQAC Co-ordinator and other members has enlightened and started the program with prayer. After then Dr. Geeta Bhut welcomed the guest speaker and all the faculties. Principal Dr. Neela thaker delivered a sermon corresponding to the program. On the 1st day Dr. Kataliya delivered a lecture on Preparing for NAAC 2nd Cycle. He told about the activities which we can do and get better grade. On the 2nd day he delivered a lecture on Importance of communication skill in education. At the end of the program faculty of college and guest speaker Dr. Kataliya discussed about grassroots level problems and its solution. After then Principal gave a thanking letter and certificate to Dr. Kataliya. The entire program was conducted by IQAC Co-ordinator Dr. Geetaben Bhut under the guidance of the Principal. .
