"Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" is being celebrated across India to celebrate the 75th year of India's independence. The national flag of India represents the hopes and aspirations of every Indian. Our national flag is a symbol of unity, integrity and national pride. Our national flag is our honor and pride. The three colors of our tricolor saffron, white and green represent peace, harmony and prosperity. The 24 aras of the Ashoka Chakra at its center are indicative of the continuous progress of our nation. With the intention of getting proper understanding about our National Flag, understanding its importance, instilling a sense of pride for the National Flag and the country among the students Bythe Program Officer of National Service Scheme of the College Dr. Ashvinkumar D. Parmar Under the inspiration and guidance of Respected Dr. Nilaben S. Thakar the principal of the college today On Saturday dated 13th August, 2022 the following triple events were beautifully organized: 1) “Tiranga Yatra” 2) “Monologue on Tricolor” 3) “Dialogue regarding National Flag” The Tiranga Yatra was taken out from the college to the Bharat Circle Bypass of Paddhari village. Slogans like “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”, “VandeMataram”, “Inclab Zindabad”, “Har GharTiranga”, and “Azadi Amar Raho” were chanted by all during the Tiranga Yatra. An atmosphere of patriotism was seen in the entire Tiranga Yatra. After the completion of Tiranga Yatra all students and teachers were present in the classroom for “Dialogue on National Flag”. In the dialogue, there is a wide discussion about the issues like 3 colors of tricolor, Ashoka Chakra in tricolor, size of tricolor, rules of hoisting tricolor, history of tricolor, tradition of hoisting tricolor on national festival of 15th August and 26th January and its speciality, circumstances of hoisting tricolor at half height etc. In the session the present students and faculty presented their views. After that, Devmurari Pragati Harshadbhai, a student studying in B.Com.Sem.-3 of the college here, performed the monologue of Tiranga very enthusiastically and effectively. The entire program was managed by the Program Officer of National Service Scheme Dr. Ashvinkumar D. Parmar. It was done with Respected Principal of the college Dr. Nilaben S.Thakar’s cooperation, proper guidance and inspiration. All the staff of the college and a total of 22 Girl Students and a total of 26 BoyStudents participated in all the programs with great enthusiasm. The program was concluded with the National Anthem.
