On 13/04/2022, at Kavi Shree Daad Government Arts and Commerce College, Paddhari, a farewell and honouring program was held for the students. In this program, the students of the last semester of the year 2021-22 were bid farewell, as well as certificates, trophies and prizes were given to the winners of various college level competitions held in that year and to the students who became rankers in the university examinations. The program began at 10 a.m. in the college hall. Dr. A.S. Pandya, Principal AVPT Engineering College, Rajkot was the Chief Guest at the event. Dr. N. S. Thaker - the principal of the college, the entire college faculty, non-academic staff and a large number of students and parents of the ranker students were present at the event. Dr. A.S. Pandy, Chairman of the program, gave a motivational address to the students. The principal also wished the students all the best for the future and asked them to always cherish good manners. The students were given certificates, trophies and prizes in the form of honors through the guests, the principal of the college and the faculty. The students also gave their feedback at the end of the program. A total of 37 University exam Ranker students were honoured By their Parents in this program. Apart from this, a total of 35 students who won in various competitions of co-curricular activities, four Best N.S.S. Volunteers, Best N.C.C. Cadet of Navy as well as Army were also honoured. A total of 03 students who participated in national level sports competitions were also honoured. In this program one non teaching faculty named Divyaben Chotaliya –Junior clerk of this college was honoured for taken more than 80% in departmental exam taken by govt. of Gujarat. College gave farewell to Dr. Parvatiben Baldha Faculty of Sociology on this day. The event was organized by Dr. Geeta B. Bhut, the coordinator of 'Saptadhara'. Anchoring of the event was done by her. At the end of the program Dr. Rajiben S. Vagh Asst. Prof. Accountancy thanked all. The entire program was organized under the guidance of Dr. N. S. Thaker, principal of the college.
